Exploring Cultural Values, Continued - 5 Elements of Change

This session will introduce you to the key changes you might face once you've decided to integrate new cultural aspects into your personal life, workgroup, organization, and relationship with partner groups. This can be daunting, eh?  We will share a construct that is easy to understand and discuss the real challenge involved with actualizing behavioral change. We'll ask for participants to offer:

• implementation strategies,
• challenges you might need to address to affect a shift toward positive changes
• options if (or when) you hit a snag

This session will be helpful regardless whether or not you have experienced a time when you didn't understand or were unfamiliar with cultural rules or norms. Join us as we explore how important your role is in your organization, and it will be helpful but not at all necessary to have attended any one of this year's River Management Roundtables  supporting healthy workspaces.
