Board Meeting, Midwest Chapter Dinner and River Trips

Join the RMS Board and Midwest Chapter hosts for an amazing introduction to the rivers of Oklahoma and Northeastern Arkansas! The river landscape is changing dramatically, and world-class river destinations are being finalized as you read this. 

Here is a preliminary schedule for this special weekend, hosted by the War Eagle Resort and its owner, Pam Hazen.

11:00 - 7:00     Board arrives - Pickups will be arranged for those who fly into Tulsa or NW Arkansas

Friday, October 27
8:00 - 5:00 pm   Board meeting - Pickups will be arranged for those who fly into Tulsa or NW Arkansas

Saturday, October 28
8:00 - 12:00       Board meeting continues
12:00                 Lunch
1:00 - 4:00         Board visits WOKA - others are invited!
5:00 - 8:00         Dinner at location tbd - Midwest Chapter members and friends are invited!
                         Accommodations continue to be available at the War Eagle Resort

Sunday, October 29
7:00 - 8:30         Breakfast, pack lunches
9:00 - 4:00         Illinois River Trip
                         Locals depart
5:00 - 8:00         Dinner on site

Monday, October 30
                          Board, guests depart
