Your River, Team and Workspace Culture: what has changed?

River Management Roundtable
Feb. 14 | 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. ET

Do conversations about the importance of encouraging, requesting or demanding change in river offices and other workplaces now hold a place in your workspace?

Have you updated your hiring strategies for finding the best, most diverse and eager interns, seasonal and permanent staff?  Have you engaged trainers or partners to introduce new ways in which welcomeness is practiced on the river or in your offices?   Will your staffing profile look different in 2024 than in 2019?

Join us to share successes from the past year from your river office. Share the challenges or hindrances you face toward having a transparently welcome office that supports and shares success as well as risk-taking that is a part of the business of pursuing the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Registration

River Management Roundtables are open to both RMS members and non-members. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required! About RMS River Management Roundtables

Each month, the River Management Society hosts virtual conversations with professional river, greenway, and water trails leaders, planners, and managers whose community, region, state and federal river will benefit from the experiences of peer-to-peer sharing. Our goal is to facilitate an open forum to support your work managing rivers. We work together to tackle common issues by asking questions, sharing solutions and building comradery.
